I have a baby lock embellishing machine and find I can sort of create fabric using scraps, felt, wool tops, wool etc but then do not know how to take it further. I also made the 2 trees which sort of work if I screw up my eyes and look sideways!
Success !!! whether I will be able to do it again is a different matter!

Wow! Everything looks great. This is a good way to use up scraps!
Those Babylock machines are amazing, I've only borrowed an embellisher, but they're such fun - your colourful samples are lovely and cheery!
Hello Margaret. You have done a fantastic job of creating with wool. Love them all. Hugs Judy
Well done, I use Picasa all the time! They are like paintings with wool! :) x
These are terrific, Margaret! They would make wonderful backgrounds for applique' and embroidery, wouldn't they? Or you could cut shapes out of them and use those as applique's embellished with embroidery. So many possibilities!! I'd be willing to bet you could sell them too as handmade fabrics - which they are!!! Wish I had an embellishing machine!
These are just gorgeous! Why don't you use it for embroidery? Maybe you can find some inspiration here:

She makes lovely fabric cards form embellished fabric.
Hi Margie, I saw you became a follower of my Blog. I like that.I have an embellishmachine too. May I give a tip to you...? Do'nt use to much colors in one card....They have to match to each-other....!
warm greetings, Janny
I must tell you, that I love all the colours. The brightness!
,,,, I had nat finished: We need the colours so terribly after the long winter.
Love
Without "screwing up my eyes" I can very well see the trees. Some stitches would be nice on them.
I like the afore-mentioned idea of cutting up the fabric and using it as shapes to embellish in the Crazy Quilt blocks you are making. And I, too, must profess ignorance as to what an embellishing machine is. Is this what we across the pond call a felting machine?
How fun to have an embellishing machine. I do not but have seen them used. Your pieces are wonderful...
Hello lovely colours all of them.
I certainly have not closed my blog !!!!!
Give it another try.
good work - the embellishing and the collages. I love my embellishing machine.
Great works, like the colours! I'm sure all these pieces will be incorporated in bigger works step by step. Good to have them on store.
Wonderful pieces of fabric you've created! Love the colours, and they make great additions to CQ's or for ATC's or fabric postcards. I am so envious that you have an embellishing machine. I've seen the embellished bits used for making bags, brooches, necklaces....so many uses.
the embellishing machine sounds wonderful - you could embellish on all sorts of items! I have a vest that was felted and made on an embellishing machine :)
Hey, they are trees in anybody's book! The pieces are fantastic. I am quite envious - so many possible uses.
I have seen these embellishing machines on Create and Craft, you can make some really good textures with them, you should have lots of fun with it.
Your pieces all look terrific Margaret! I've never seen an embellisher in action. Looks like it must be very enjoyable to use.
This is surely a terrific mashine and the works looks really nice.
Nana
