absence

Just a quickie to say after spending 6 days in bed with a very bad chest infection I am now back and promise to try and catch up with all your blogs, might take a few days but bare with me,  I did not forget you all.
Not sure how I succumbed as I do not do illness, apart from the odd migraine when I have had to have a day in bed it must be years and years ago since I felt so ill.  Here goes will start now on all your bloggings and see what you have all been up to.

Hi Margie
There are some very stubborn virus's out there at them moment, I have had a throat thingy and thought it would never go, like you I am not very often ill.
Glad your're on the mend.
Yes, what a panic we had over Princess, she still hasn't ventured outside yet, that's how much she was scared by it.
Still so b gloomy here, got to go out and get some shopping, really hate shopping, would much rather be stitching.
Keep warm

Sorry to hear you were so ill but glad you are feeling better. I have been behind on blog reading too but my excuse sounds lame compared to yours. Your TAST stitches are so beautifully done and I am also admiring your upcoming quilt block. Wonderful work on all fronts. Please take care! Connie

So pleased to hear that you're feeling better Margaret. Hopefully spring (when it finally arrives) will see the back of all these viruses etc that seem to be plaguing so many people I know.

I'm so sorry to hear you've been poorly - chest infections are horrible. Take care of yourself and don't rush to get back to normal. I recommend lots of cosseting:)

so sorry you've been sick. BUt, since you're not often ill, be aware that it's a big temptation to try to make up for lost time. Might be better to let a few things slide gently by right now! the blogs and other things can wait.

So glad you are on the path to recovery - good advice above about taking time to get back to normal. Give your body a bit of assistance!
